Product Description:

801-A is a kind of organic bentonite high-efficient thixotropic gelatin which is applicable to the solvent system with low and medium polarity. The product is of high adhesiveness and thus is especially suitable to be used for producing the high-viscosity paint.

Usage:

It is recommended to use the pre-gel method for 801-A product. The process for making the pre-gel is described as follows:

• Solvent(200# solvent oil): 92%
• 881-A: 5%, agitated at medium speed for 10 minutes.
• 95% ethanol or methanol: 3%, dispersed at high speed for 10 to 15 minutes.

Applications:

Epoxy resin bitumen varnish and special industrial thick sludge coating.
