Product Description: 
881-B rheologic auxiliary agent is a kind of traditional organic modified montmorillonite Bentonite varied with organic amine, which is suitable for acyclic and aromatic hydrocarbon solvent systems with low and medium polarity, for example, mineral oil, olefin oil, toluene, xylene and 200# solvent oil systems.

Usage:
Polar activating agent (95% ethanol and methanol) is needed for 881-B addition. The amount of the agent is 33% of 881-B. Gel shall be prepared preferably in high shear dispersion device with following recipe:
Solvent: 87%
881-B: 10% agitated at medium speed for 10 minutes.
95% ethanol or methanol: 3%, mixed at high speed for 15 minutes.
The dosage range of 881-B is 0.5%-2%, which can be defined according to test.

 Applications:
Blending lacquer, floor lacquer, foundry coating and powder coating.

Package & Storage:

Kraft paper bag interior with PE.

The weight : 25±0.25kg per bag. 

The package and weight also can be customized.

Product should be stored in ventilated, cool and dry place.

Storage life : two years.
