Product Description:

The CP-127 is a kind of self-dispersing organic bentonite and it is applicable to the medium to high polarity solvent system of the ketone, ester, glycol, aether and aether-ester, alcohol, etc. CP-127 organic bentonite can be dispersed without need of any polarity activator and the high-shear conditions. It is easy to use and no need pregel. Its superior suspension capability will greatly simplify the recipe and the producing procedure. It is very cost effective and may substitute CP-27 organic bentonite and the gas phase silicon dioxide.

Usage:

The CP-127 can be easily dispersed and permits its additive at any point in the manufacturing process. This rheological additive can be incorporated in the dispersion phase under high shear and in the letdown tank under lower shear, neither a polar activator or a pregel is required. The specific amount required depends on the viscosity reinforcement, anti-flowing & dropping and the pigment anti-depositing status. Use levels of CP-127 are typically 0.2-2.0% by weight of the entire formula.
